Your Host
Caro Griffin is an expat who accidentally moved to Mexico City five years ago and never looked back. Since then, she’s fallen in love with showcasing Mexican spirits in great cocktails and sharing them with others.
She's a Certified Mezcal Sommelier with the Institute of Agave Spirits, but considers herself an equal-opportunity sipper.
